Abstract

The objectives of the research were to describe: (1) The suitability the lesson plans of English teacher learning based on the 2013 Curriculum at SMP PLUS Nurul Ikhlas;(2) The suitability between English lesson plan and teacher implementation; and (3) Supporting factors and inhibiting factor in implementation of English lesson plan. The researcher employed Descriptive Qualitative method. The subjects are English teachers of seventh grade junior high school at SMP PLUS Nurul Ikhlas and their English lesson plan. The data of this research were collected by using documentation, observation and interview. The obtained data were analyzed in three major phases namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The result of the research revealed that from the 17 aspects of English lesson plan there are 16 aspects that suitability and 1 aspect that partly suitability. In percentage 94, 11% suitable, 5,88 % that partly suitable and 0% that unsuitable. In here the researcher can conclude that English lesson plan by teacher almost the same as the guide from pemendikbud. Second, all aspect of lesson plan suitable with the implementation in the class. But, there are 2 aspects not seen in the implementation of learning in the classroom. Third, there are supporting factors. One of them is the class location is Strategic. And inhibiting factor is shame that hinder the implementation of learning and Differences in learner characters.
