Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh product assortment, bonus pack dan servicescape terhadap impulse buying pada Kudus Extension Mall. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, teknik mengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 responden. Analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa product assortment, bonus pack dan servicescape berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying. Variabel product assortment, bonus pack dan servicescape secara simultan atau bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap impulse buying sebesar 66,6%.
