KSPPS BMT Partners Muamalah Jepara apply ujrah with erratic-kan based on the amount of collateral value by the customer, the greater the value of the collateral, the greater its ujrah, and vice versa the smaller the value of the collateral then ujrah its getting smaller. This study aims to determine: 1) the implementation of the contract Rahn on KSPPS BMT Partners Muamalah Jepara Have accordance with the fatwa DSN MUI, 2) the constraints faced in the implementation of Rahn gold KSPPS BMT Partners Tenets of Jepara, and 3) caramengatasi obstacles encountered in the implementation of Rahn gold KSPPS BMT Partners Muamalah Jepara. This research is a field research (field research) with a qualitative approach, and data processing techniques is to use qualitative descriptive technique. The results of the analysis show that: 1) Implementation of the contract Rahn on KSPPS BMT Partners Jepara Muamalah namely through two contract namely Rahn and Ijara contract. 2) Obstacles encountered in the implementation of Rahn gold is competition among BMT, lack of promotion and human resources. And 3) How that is done to overcome these obstacles is to provide the best services and facilities to its customers, held the dissemination and promotion of the BMT and the search for employees who find out about Rahn and provides the opportunity for employees to continue their education in college track.
